A A Study of Development Guidelines for Student Care and Support Admonistration of Educational Institutions Under The Vocational Educational in Khonkaen Province

Abstract

This independent purposed to study : 1) the current states, desirable states, and priority needs, and 2) the guidelines in developing the student support system development of the schools under Khon Kaen Province Vocational Education. The samples included 23 educational institute administrators and 168 teachers, totally 191 cases, using the simple random sampling with the lottery technique. The research instrument covered the five-rating scaled questionnaires with the index of item – objective congruence: IOC value between     0.67 – 1.00, and the reliability value of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient valued 0.97. The statistics for analyzing the data contained the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the priority needs index: PNI and the content analysis. (1)The results from studying the current states of developing the student support system development of the school under Khon Kaen Vocational Education appeared in overall at the much level, the desirable states in overall at the most level, and the priority needs in overall at the PNI mean score equaled 0.65 (2.) The study results of the guidelines in developing the student support system administration of the schools under Khon Kaen Province Vocational Education contained overall 5 guidelines Under the PDCA quality cycle operating Guidelines,it is determined to be implemented
