A Study of Efficiency and Effectiveness of Creating Instructional Document on Subjects Learning and Classroom Management Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Instruction at North Bangkok University

Abstract

This research aimed to create and examine the efficiency of the instructional document on subjects learning and classroom management, and to study the effectiveness of using the instructional document on subjects learning and classroom management master of education program in curriculum and instruction. The samples of this research consisted of a section in curriculum and instruction master of education program students in the second semester in academic year 2018 from North Bangkok University, a simple random sampling by classroom as a unit of analysis. The data collection instruments were instructional document on subjects learning and classroom management, scholastic achievement test, and the students’ opinion towards the instructional document assessment test. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The research found that: (1)The efficiency of creating instructional document on subjects learning and classroom management master of education program in curriculum and instruction was on the efficiency of 80.55/81.33. This was higher than the criteria 80/80.

(2)The students’ scholastic achievement by using the instructional document on subjects learning and classroom management, the score was at a good level to excellent level from 100 percent of all students. (3)The quality of the instructional document on subjects learning and classroom management was at the highest level.
