Guideline for Developing Higher Potential in Food, Processing Operation of Community Enterprises, Samut Prakran Province

Abstract

This research study the purposes of the research are to,:1) Operating conditions, :2) Problems And study of how to developing of the Potential of Community Enterprise in Food, :3) Processing Operation in Samut Prakran Province. The sample was the president of Community Enterprise in Food, Processing Operation that evaluate by the community enterprise potential assessment, And get total of 112 person for the sample by random the group of the sample as questionnaire, and content analysis.

The study indicated that basic data there are 268 communities’ enterprise groups. The community enterprise in good level are 114 groups, the average level of 117 groups, and the level of improvement was 20 groups. A community enterprise group have a strong intention and a strong grouping and with the support of the partner organizations in both education and budget for the development of operating conditions. At the overall level. The problem the overall at the low level. A guideline for the development of the potential of community enterprise in food, processing operation in Samut Prakarn Province. ;1) The planning of the model scheme of every Sub-district, ;2) Organizational structure, and ;3)  Personnel management should create motivation in working together. ;4) The marketing, Product to meet the requirements of the market. ;5) In the production of government agencies involved in promoting the knowledge of the production. And ;6)  accounting / finance accounting actual status.
