This article aimed to present for information regarding logistics management strategy 4.0 with self-adjustment for Thai entrepreneurs at industrial era 4.0. Logistics management concept and industrial era 4.0, the importance of logistics management and activity role in logistics which were the factors which had influence on development, logistics management and supply chains, the main activity in logistics, production system and introduction to warehouse management. Logistics management strategy 4.0 includes the development process of logisticsand assist in the adjustment of the Thai entrepreneurs in industrial era 4.0 in order to handle the business in the future efficiently and more higher. It was cost effective and could reduce production costs, storing and transportation effectively.
