The Happiness in Buddhism

Abstract

This article aims to explain happiness in Buddhism. The results of the analysis revealed that the best desire for everyone is the happiness in their life. The happiness varies for each person. Itís depended on the inner attitude and view point for the world. Some of people who interested in Dhamma could feel that Buddhism taught just about the suffering and the cessation of suffering. In actually, Buddhism taught not only the suffering but also the happiness. There are many parts of Buddhaís words about happiness such as classification of happiness, level of happiness, cause of happiness, the effect of happiness on person and social, including how to manage happiness so that people can use it to develop their life and to be truly happy. In Buddhism, you can be happy with no change the goal of life. Life is so short. If you know that the most important thing is the happiness, you should learn to live happily, practice to be here now, let yourself on, thanks for everything came through. In addition, you should bring the principle of Buddhism lead the way to achieve the desire, for the happiness and prosperity to yourself and others.
