Factors affecting the decision-making of providers of logistics transportation for agricultural processed food entrepreneurs In Sansai District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The study of factors affecting the decision-making of providers of logistics transportation for agricultural processed food entrepreneurs in Sansai District, Chiang Mai Province aims to study the service system, transportation company, and logistic service in San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province. The study uses the two sets of interviews to classify the factors influencing the decision-making of six agricultural processing industries on Logistics transportation. The second interview focused on logistic transport companies by interviewing three companies. The results showed the factors influencing the choice of logistics services comprising four elements: price, the reputation of the organization, service quality, and rapidly customer responses. They decided to select a logistic transportation company based on their product types. For the results of the logistic system, each logistics company has a high effort to service customers' satisfaction. The logistic transport company prioritizes systematic division of labor to service high quality to the customers, which responds to the needs of entrepreneurs in terms of fast and adequate delivery with the proper pricing and type of shipping to make convenience and confidence for the customer.
