Abstract

The results of the research showed that 1) Local community leaders play important roles in social, economic, political and cultural roles. able to solve the unemployment problem drug problem Including the formation of a group that can create a career and generate income in the community By allowing the community to make decisions and deal with problems with the power of the people in the community. as well as the role of preserving and promoting by giving value and importance to religious practices and cultures that have been inherited from ancestors, reflected in language, religion, dress and various traditional activities; Community leaders found Local community leaders will encounter obstacles in the implementation of community strengthening, namely the lack of unity and cooperation from people in the community. Lack of support from government agencies especially the budget is not enough As a result, the operation is inconsistent and inconsistent. 3) As for the solutions to the obstacles, for example, community leaders need to create more processes of cooperation from the people and the government. Including the allocation of sufficient budget for operations and should promote the integration of group occupations for continuous development to make people in the community have jobs and have sufficient income.
