Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the satisfaction of the people towards the services of San Pu Loei Subdistrict Municipality. Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province 2) Comparative study of people's satisfaction with services 3) Problems and recommendations on services of sub-district municipalities quantitative research The randomized population used in the research was 399 residents in the area. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that
