Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the people's satisfaction towards the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organization, Rob Mueang Sub-district, Muang District, Roi-Et Province; 2) to compare the people's satisfaction towards the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organization, Muang District, Roi-Et Province; Tambon Rob Mueang quantitative research The random sampling population used in the research was 359 people living in the municipality area around the city. The research instrument was a questionnaire and the statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation. The results showed that;

The results showed that People's Satisfaction towards the Administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Roi Et Province Overall, it's at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction was at a moderate level in all aspects. and the comparison of the people's satisfaction towards the administration of the Sub-District Administrative Organization around the city found that the people's gender, age Education level, status, monthly income and different occupations were satisfied with the administration of the Sub-district Administrative Organization. Overall and each aspect is no different. Additional suggestions regarding the administration of the municipality are as follows: 1) should allow more people to participate in the administration; 2) the administration should improve Reduce the process of providing services to visitors for convenience. faster
