The Integration of Buddhist Principles in the Administration of School Administrators in Secondary Schools, Under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Kalasin Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of integration of Buddhist principles in the administration of school administrators in secondary schools; under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 2) to compare the integration of Buddhist principles in the administration of school administrators in secondary schools Classified by school size is a quantitative research the random population used in the research was 400 administrators and teachers. The tool for collecting data was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and test differences. By using statistical t-test and One-way ANOVA, statistical significance was set at 0.05 level.

The results showed that, Administration of School Administrators in Secondary Schools under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Kalasin Province Overall, it was at a high level. when comparing hypothesis testing Classified by school size, income, duration of operation and location of schools, there were no significant differences in the level of integration of Buddhist principles in the administration of school administrators in secondary schools. Statistical at the 0.05 level and suggestions, School administrators must have knowledge, competence, skills, and vision skillful and human relations to develop educational institutes for a rapidly changing era.
