The Integration of Brahamavihara for Sangha Administration Chapter 11

Abstract

The purposes of this research article are 1) to study the general situation in the administration of the 11^th Sangha Region, 2) to study the principles of Brahmawiharn Dhamma in the administration of the 11^th Sangha Region, and 3) to study the integration of the Brahmawiharn Dharma principles in the 11^th Sangha Administration. The researcher established a qualitative research methodology by in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the Sangha Administrators who respond to the work of the Sangha Region 11, the Director of the Provincial Office of Buddhism, academics in political science, totaling 16 figures. /person Data was analyzed using content analysis techniques.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. The general situation in the administration of the Sangha Region 11 was as follows: 1) the administrative aspect Adhere to the monastic disciplines and promote the administration of the clergy in the area. 2) Religious studies Religious education for monks and people Manage education and support people who miss out on educational opportunities. 4) Buddhism propagation. Develop the temple as the center of the community Organize buildings to support community activities Support activities of temple network organizations. 6) Public welfare. Build public properties, hospitals, police stations, schools. 2. Principles of Brahma Viharn Dharma in the administration of the Sangha Region 11 were 1) kindness, kindness, appropriate help, 2) kindness, helping people as a good role model, 3) joyfulness, congratulating, 4) equanimity, choosing to use equanimity according to the occasion and the right moment 3. Integrate the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma in the administration of the Sangha Region 11. The administration of the Sangha and the practice of the Sangha at all levels and places will create good order in the same direction. As well as affecting the stability of Buddhism as well and organizing an integrated problem-solving activity in the village of keeping the 5 precepts with the heart to help develop the Sangha administration.
