Desirable Characteristics of Private school Administrators Dusit District in the Digital Age

Abstract

This research aims to 1) studying desirable characteristics of administrators of private educational institutions in Dusit District in the digital 2) studying the level of desirable characteristics of administrators of private educational institutions in Dusit District in the digital 3) proposing guidelines for developing desirable characteristics of private school administrators in Dusit District Administration of private educational institutions in Dusit District in the digital. This research was a mixed research. The interview from administrators and teachers in school under the office of Private Education in Dusit district for 14 people with knowledge about the digital age. The sample group used to answer the questionnaire were administrators and teachers of schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Dusit District, for 297 people. scale assessment of the 5 levels.The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, and standard deviation and content analysis. The research found that Analysis results of desirable characteristics of Private school Administrators Dusit District in the Digital Dusit District in the Digital has high degree. Degree of desirable characteristics of Private school Administrators Dusit District in the Digital Dusit District in the Digital had high degree. Guidelines to promote the characteristics of Private school Administrators Dusit District in the Digital Dusit District in the Digital are found that character of digital aged teachers were high. The managers could promote character of teachers to leaning technology for feasibility analysis and use to maximize performance, suitable for school.
