The Educational Management of Early Childhood Level for Development Child Center under the Local administrative Organization in Thakantho District, Kalasin Province

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study the management of early childhood education in the child development centers under the local administrative organizations in Tha Khantho District, Kalasin Province, and 2) study the guidelines for developing the management of early childhood education in the child development centers under the local administrative organizations in Tha Khantho District, Kalasin Province. This study was a survey study using a questionnaire to collect data from a target group of 59 people. The discriminant power of the whole version was between 0.50-0.99, the reliability of the whole version was 0.95, and the IOC of the whole version was 1.00. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and t-test and descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that 1) The management of early childhood education in the child development centers under the local administrative organizations in Tha Khantho District, Kalasin Province was found to be at a high level overall. The top 3 highest average rankings are: early childhood development network promotion, academics, and activities according to the curriculum and personnel, respectively. 2) Development implementation guidelines found that (1) there should be promotion of budget allocation sufficient to meet the needs, to develop learning management for early childhood, (2) there should be promotion and support for organizing teaching and learning activities regarding writing experience plans, experience management guidelines, documents and curriculum, and (3) there should be promotion of organizing the environment and atmosphere both inside and outside the classroom, to promote student learning.
