Abstract
This article aims to study the product upgrade and increase the market value of Nam Phai Community Enterprise in Ban Song Subdistrict Wiang Sa District Surat Thani Province To generate income for the community and increase the value of community products for sustainable tourism. The social engineering team has joined together to mobilize with community enterprise groups. Has raised agricultural products from bamboo plants that can be used in every part to be processed into products leading to OTOP products. Therefore, it is a product that meets consumers' needs and is a product that can generate income for the community for upgrading and economic development at the community level.
