Promotion the Moral Development for Students in Wat Sap Samosorn School, Nong Chok District, Bangkok

Abstract

This Article aimed to study the moral promotion of students at Wat Sap Samosorn School, Nong Chok, Bangkok, comparing the moral promotion of students at Wat Sap Samosorn School, Nong Chok, Bangkok, and presenting the opinions on the way to promote morality for students at Wat Sap Samosorn School, Nong Chok, Bangkok. It was quantitative research. The sample group was 6^th grade students. The researcher has determined the sample size of 44 heads, its tools used in the research include a questionnaire with a confidence coefficient at 0.9198. Statistics used in research were percentage, mean and standard deviation, i.e., independent t-dependent statistics and Analysis of Covariance (ANOVA) statistics.

The results of the research revealed that 1) the moral promotion of students at Wat Sap Samosorn School, Nong Chok District, Bangkok consisted of diligence, discipline, responsibility, honesty and gratitude. 2) The overall results of the comparison of the moral promotion of students were not different, and 3) The moral promotion guidelines should organize activities in which students participated in promoting good morals. In addition, the use of positive reinforcement method encourages students to be encouraged to do good deeds, such as picking things up and sending them to teachers to praise their good deeds in front of their friends, etc.
