Main Article Content
Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators; 2) to study the level of active learning management competence of teachers in schools; 3) to study the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the level of active learning management competence of teachers in schools; and 4) to create a predictive equation for school administrators' innovative leadership affecting teachers' active learning management competency levels. This was a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research was 313 teachers in schools under the Nakhon Sawan Secondary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2025, selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient between 0.97–0.98. The statistical methods used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that 1) the overall level of innovative leadership of school administrators in schools under the Nakhon Sawan Secondary Educational Service Area Office was high; 2) the level of active learning management competence of teachers in schools under the Nakhon Sawan Secondary Educational Service Area Office was high; and 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators significantly influenced the active learning management competence of teachers in schools under the Nakhon Sawan Secondary Educational Service Area Office at the .01 statistical significance level; 4) the variables that had statistically significant predictive power over teachers' active learning management competence at the .05 level were: building collaborative networks with external organizations (X4), creating an atmosphere for innovation (X7), and creating motivation (X3). The multiple correlation coefficient (R) was .514, the predictive power (R2) was 26.40%, and the standard error was .105. The predictive equation for standard scores was as follows: 𝑧̂y= .363(X4*) +.169(X7*)+.138(X3*)
