Development of Potential Model for Production Supervisor of the Electronics Industry in Era of Thailand 4.0

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the production head potential component, 2) to develop the production head potential model, and 3) to create a guideline for the development of production head potential in the electronics industry in the era of Thailand 4.0, The population consisted of qualitative research informants, including experts, executives and those involved in the potential development of production heads in the electronics industry, both public and private, 10 people. The sample group was production heads in the electronics industry, 400 people, The research tools were interview forms, questionnaires and focus groups. Statistics used were mean, standard deviation. and correlation analysis by means of exploratory component analysis The research results concluded that Elements of the production head potential model of the electronics industry There are 3 internal factors and 14 components as follows: 1) Knowledge 2) Skill 3) Desirable characteristics consisting of 1) Knowledge consisted of 5 components: (1) goals, strategies and people management (2) coaching and team building (3) goals and examinations Examination (4) Production information and (5) Organizational management and people management 2) Skills consists of 4 components: (1) Team communication (2) Continuous improvement (3) Technology utilization and management Data collection and (4) Management and planning and 3) Attribute consisted of 5 components: (1) working with others, (2) learning and leadership skills, (3) enthusiasm and patience, (4) ethics and honesty, and (5) Thoughtful nature,


However, the evaluation of the model and potential model manual of the head of the production department of the electronics industry found that the experts had unanimously agreed that The developed model is suitable and can contribute to the development of the production head of the electronics industry, Guidelines for developing the potential of production chiefs in the electronics industry found that experts agree and accept the appropriateness of the contents of the manual on all topics. Shows that the details of the guidelines for developing the potential of the production chief of the electronics industry. with appropriate content can be applied.
