A Study of the Preparation Process for the Invention of Baisrisukwan to Participate in the National Career Skills Competition

Abstract

     The research study objectives to: 1) study the factors affecting the success of preparing the invention of Baisrisukwan. to participate in the national career skills competition, and
2) to study methods for preparing the invention of the Baisrisukwan event to be successful in participating in the national career skills competition. The sample is A group of 128 teachers who practiced schools who received gold medals for 1^st-10^th place in the invention of Baisrisukwan Competition, Mathayom 4 - Mathayom 6, the 70^th Student Arts and Crafts Fair, Academic Year 2022, by using a questionnaire. and interview form as a research tool Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation. and content analysis.

     The results of the research were as follows: 1) The group of practicing teachers commented on the factors affecting the success in preparing the invention of Baisrisukwan. To participate in the national career skills competition Overall, it was at the highest level. When considering each aspect in descending order, it was found that the aspect that most affected success was Process of invention, followed by operation for preparation of the competition. and the least is the budget side and 2) Guidelines for preparing the Baisrisukwan invention to be successful in participating in the national career skills competition consist of 5 aspects as follows: 2.1) Planning and personnel management School administrators should make an administrative plan by establishing a project to support the competition each year. 2.2) The budget should be the budget allocated by the school in the form of a project. 2.3) The operation to prepare for the competition. There should be public relations to invite students to participate in the competition. 2.4) Invention work process should clearly set a schedule for each day of practice ,and 2.5) performance evaluation Should consider the workmanship of the work that comes from practice and repetition until it becomes expertise. and consider the details About the invention of Baisrisukwan.
