Abstract
Business management today faces challenges related to sustainability in economic, social, and environmental aspects. In particular, society has become more aware of the negative impacts caused by businesses focused solely on profit-making, which may lead to an imbalance between economic benefits and responsibilities toward society and the environment. Therefore, integrating corporate social responsibility (CSR) with profit generation has become a key approach to achieving long-term business sustainability. This integration emphasizes both social and environmental care, as well as transparency in business operations to enhance stakeholder confidence. Responsible business management helps build trust and a positive image for the organization, leading to strong relationships with stakeholders and increased business value. One effective method of combining CSR with profit-making is through the development of socially responsible products or services, eco-friendly products, or supporting social projects. This not only creates a positive impression on consumers but also helps differentiate the business and gain a competitive advantage in the market. Additionally, sustainable business practices reduce the risk of criticism or external challenges. Creating sustainability in business management by integrating social responsibility and profit generation establishes an important balance between business benefits and social and environmental sustainability. This approach to business management meets both economic goals and social responsibilities, allowing businesses to survive and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
