INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS IN BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOLS UNDER PRACHUAP KHIRIKHAN PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to analyze the innovative leadership of administrators of basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 based on the opinions of teachers; (2) to compare the innovative leadership of administrators. Basic educational institutes under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, educational background, experience, and school size according to teachers' opinions. This research is a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research consisted of 326 teachers in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, academic year 2022. The research instrument was a questionnaire to analyze the data by finding the percentage, mean, deviation. standard ben Test the hypothesis with the F-value statistics. by analyzing the variance
Results: (1) To analyze the level of innovative leadership of administrators of basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 according to the opinions of teachers, it was found that the level of innovative leadership of basic education administrators According to the opinions of teachers, the first place was creative thinking. followed by use of information and communication technology Teamwork and participation risk management Creating an innovative corporate atmosphere (2) to compare the innovative leadership of the administrators of basic education institutions under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, educational background, experience, and size of the educational institution. According to the teacher's opinion, there was no difference. statistically significant at the .05 level
