Abstract

The purposes of this research were to (1) study the approach to developing innovative thinking skills of school administrators under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Area Office 2, (2) study the implementation effectiveness of educational institutions under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Area Office 2, and (3) study the relationship between the innovative thinking skills of the school administrators with the implementation effectiveness of the school's administrators under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Area Office 2. The samples comprised of 303 respondents. Was calculated using Taro Yamane’s formula (Yamane, 1973). The research instruments were questionnaires Statistics used to analyze the data include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results showed that (1) opinions on the approach to developing innovative thinking skills of school administrators under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Area Office 2 was at high level. (2) The implementation effectiveness of educational institutions under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Area Office 2 was at high level, and (3) the relationship between the innovative thinking skills of the school administrator with the implementation effectiveness of the school's administrators under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Area Office 2 was at High correlation (rxy=.83).
