Guidelines for Internal Supervision of Educational Institution Administrators Using the Classroom as the Base of The School under the Jurisdiction of Local Administrative Organizations Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to find out the level of internal supervision using
classrooms as the base of schools under local administrative organizations; Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (2) to find ways to develop internal supervision operations using classrooms as the base of schools under the local administrative organization. Prachuap Khiri Khan Province This study is a quantitative research and analysis study to find guidelines for theim lamentation of supervision within educational institutions using the classroom as a base The research was conducted using calculations according to Krejcie,R.V.& D.W. Morgan formula.The sample was selected by simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) by drawing lots. To obtain the sample group that was selected for this research, the research area was schools under the local government organization. Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, 210 people,by distributing questionnaires and conversation recordings of administrators and teachers. Data were analyzed by finding the mean (𝑿 ̅ ) and standard deviation (S.D.) .Used to translate the scores into average score ranges. According to the variables studied The results of the research include: (1) Overall operations when considered individually, it was found that all 5 areas were at the highest level (𝑿 ̅=4.89, S.D. = 0.23) (2) Develop internal supervision using the classroom as a base to develop effective teaching and learning.
