Student Data Management System for Early Childhood Development Centers via Application

Abstract
This research aimed at the following objectives: (1) to develop an efficient student
data management system for early childhood development centers via an application, and
(2) to evaluate the satisfaction of using the student data management system for early childhood development centers via an application. The sample group consisted of educational personnel, teachers, and parents of students in the academic year 2024. The research was conducted by purposive selection, divided into 5 system users to test the system efficiency, 30 system users to evaluate the satisfaction, and 5 experts to evaluate the efficiency of the student data management system for early childhood development centers via an application. The research instruments were a) a student data management system for early childhood development centers via an application, b) an efficiency assessment form, and c) a satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found that (1) the student data management system for early childhood development centers via an application was overall at the highest efficiency, and (2) the satisfaction of the users of the student data management system for early childhood development centers via an application was overall at a high level of satisfaction.
