The Digital Leadership of School Administrators under Phetchaburi District 2 Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the digital leadership of school administrators under Phetchaburi District 2 Primary Educational Service Area Office and (2) to compare the digital leadership of school administrators under Phetchaburi District 2 Primary Educational Service Area Office. The total population participated in this study consisted of 276 schools by determining the sample size according to the tables of Krejcie and Morgan (Krejcie, R.V. & Morgan, D.W., 1970) then take it to a simple random with proportion. The key informants of this study teachers 27in total. A rating scale questionnaire with 0.970 of reliability. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, and F-test. In addition, a content analysis was also applied for data analysis. The study found that (1) The digital leadership of school administrators under Phetchaburi District 2 Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall was at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects are on a very high level. (2) Government teachers with different educational backgrounds, work experiences and size of the school found that there were differences in opinion on the digital leadership of school administrators under Phetchaburi District 2 Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall and in each aspect significant at the .05 level.
