Participatory Management Affecting Student Affairs in Educational Institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi

Abstract
The three objectives of this study were (1) to measure the level of participatory administration of educational institutions (2) to measure the level of the administration of student affairs in schools and (3) to analyze participatory administration affecting the administration of student affairs in schools. This study employed a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 6 large school under Phetchaburi Secondary Education Service Area Office, information providers were the 178 school administrators and government teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi. Collect data using questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and multiple regressions.
Major findings: (1) the level of participatory administration of educational institutions, overall and each aspect was at the highest level. (2) The level of the administration of student affairs in schools, overall and each aspect was at the highest level. and (3) the prediction equation of participatory administration affecting the administration of student affairs in schools was Y= 1.932 + .427X4 + .160X1 with R2 .485, statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
