Teaching and Learning Management in the 21st Century Under Prachuapkirikan Primary Education Service Area 1

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: (1) To study the level of teaching and learning management in the 21st century of schools in PrachuapKirikan Primary Education Service Area 1 affiliation (2) To analyze the level of teaching and learning management in the 21st century of educational institutions in Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 affiliation, classified by position, gender, and educational qualification, The population used in this study were 375 school administrators and teachers in schools in the PrachuapKirikan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 affiliation. The research instrument was a questionnaire on teaching and learning management in 21st century schools in PrachuapKirikan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 affiliation. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and T-test.

The results showed that (1) the teaching and learning management in the 21st century of educational institutions under the PrachuapKirikan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 affiliation as a whole was at the highest level. (2) The comparison of teaching and learning management in the twenty-first century in schools affiliated with PrachuapKirikan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in various positions. The overall level of teaching and learning management in the 21st century is different at the .05 level of statistical significance, genders differences There were different levels of teaching and learning management in the 21st century as a whole at the level of statistical significance .05, and the qualification is different. There was no difference in the level of teaching and learning management in the 21st century at the statistical significance level of .05.
