Abstract
Education management is currently effective. In order to effectively address the demands of individuals, particularly parents, a participatory procedure must be used. In which the National Education Act, B.E. 2542 (No. 2), B.E. Participation in Section 8(2) allows society to participate in educational management. Educational institutions that provide instruction at all levels must adhere to the public's right to access information. The community has a say in how education is run. Adopting participatory management practices to aid in the administration of educational institutions gives everyone involved a voice in decision-making, planning, and collaboration, as well as the opportunity to share their experiences. Establish a positive friendship. As a result, educational institutions will be managed in accordance with the aims set forth, and school management will be successful.
