Abstract
The objectives of this research were as follows: (1) to study the transformational leadership of secondary school administrators under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office; (2) To compare the transformational leadership of secondary school administrators under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by work experience. and school size. The population used in this research, i.e., civil servants, teachers, and educational personnel Under the jurisdiction of Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 18 schools Total: 806 people. research tool was a questionnaire on transformational leadership of secondary school administrators under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. t-values and analysis of variance.
The research results found that (1) the personal factors of the majority of the samples were female, with 168 people, representing 58.3 percent, aged 21–30 years old, 120 people, representing 41.7 percent, having work experience less than 5 years, 119 people, representing 41.3 percent, and the size of a large school, 136 people, representing 47.2 percent. (2) The results of data analysis on the transformational leadership of secondary school administrators under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. can be summarized as follows: The overall ideological influence was at its highest level. with an average of 4.37. The overall motivational aspect was at the highest level. with an average of 4.36 The overall cognitive stimulation aspect was at the highest level, with an average of 4.34. The overall consideration of individuality was at the highest level, with an average of 4.34.
