Abstract

The objectives of this research were as follows: (1) to study the vision of educational institute administrators in academic administration under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Area Office 1 based on the opinions of teachers; (2) to compare the vision level of educational institution administrators. Academic administration under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Area Office 1, classified by gender, educational background, experience and size of educational institutions. according to the teacher's opinion This research is a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research consisted of 326 teachers in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, academic year 2022. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by finding percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by T-value statistics, F-value statistics by variance analysis.Research Results (1) To analyze the vision level of educational institute administrators in academic administration under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Area Office 1 according to the opinions of teachers.
