A study on the strategic leadership of school administrators under Phetchaburi District 2 Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

This research had two objectives: (1) to analyze the strategic leadership of the educational institute administrators. under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 according to the opinions of teachers (2) to compare teachers' opinions on strategic leadership. of administrators of educational institutes under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by gender, work experience and size of the educational institution. This research is a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research consisted of 289 teachers under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Academic Year 2021. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by finding percentage, mean, standard deviation. Test the hypothesis with the F-value statistics. by analyzing the variance Results of the research (1) to analyze the level of strategic leadership of educational institution administrators. Under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, according to the opinions of teachers, it was found that the level of strategic leadership of school administrators Under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, according to the opinions of teachers, the first place was the feature of setting directions. followed by strategic thinking inspiration Building a culture of teamwork Confidence building and sincerity and communication respectively (2) to compare the strategic leadership of school administrators.
