Supervision within basic education institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Area, Khon Kaen, Area 2

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the conditions and problems of supervision within basic education institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Khon Kaen, and 2) compare the conditions and problems of supervision within basic education institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Khon Kaen. The sample group used in this study consisted of 136 school administrators and 310 teachers from the schools, totaling 446 people. The instruments used for data collection were a rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .97 for the whole questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Independent Simples). The results of the study found that 1) The conditions of supervision within basic education institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Khon Kaen, were at a high level overall and in each aspect. 2) The problems of supervision within basic education institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Khon Kaen, were at a low level overall and in each aspect. 3) Comparison of the conditions of supervision within basic education institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Primary Education Area, Khon Kaen, Area 2, classified by overall status, there are no differences in the practices. 4) Comparison of problems in the implementation of internal supervision in basic education institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Primary Education Area, Khon Kaen, Area 2, classified by status, overall and in each aspect, there are no differences in the problems.
