Model for Developing Teachers' Active Learning Management by Creating a Learning Community Professional Under The Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study basic information and necessary needs for the development of teachers' active learning management, 2) to design and develop a model for creating a professional learning community, 3) to experiment with the active learning management model for teachers by creating a professional learning community, and 4) to evaluate and improve teachers' active learning management models by creating a professional learning community Under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. This study is research and development model, carried out in 4 phases and 7 steps, which collects qualitative data through analysis Document synthesis and by content analysis. Quantitative data collection section with a questionnaire, assessment form, data were analyzed by content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study found that 1) analysis of basic data and study of needs to be used as a basis for the development model for teachers' active learning management by evaluating the suitability of the components from 5 experts. 2) Draft a prototype model for developing active learning management for teachers by creating a professional learning community by checking theoretical reasonableness possibility and the consistency of the draft model of the active learning management model for teachers by creating a professional learning community consisting of 5 steps. 3) Implementing a model for active learning management for teachers by creating a professional learning community developed and tested in the field by experimental research using a single sample design. Data were collected from a sample group of 25 teachers. 4) Results of the development of teachers' active learning management models. By creating a professional learning community, it was found that the format was appropriate. And there is a possibility Overall, it is at the highest level.
