Operation of The Subdistrict Administrative Organization Child Development Center in Srichomphu District, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the operation of the Child Development Center of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization 2) to compare the operation of the Child Development Center of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Srichomphu district, Khon Kaen province, Classified by status and work experience. The sample was 158 persons. The research instruments for the data collection were questionnaire with five rating scales. The statistics for data analysis was percentage, mean, standard deviation, and f-test of One-Way ANOVA for proving the hypothesis. A result of this study was found that 1) the management of the Child Care Centre made by the Sub-district Administrative Organization, Srichomphu district, Khon Kaen province, classified in the status, as a whole, was generally in the significantly statistical difference at the level of .05. The committees of the Child Care Centre who gave more ideas than the teachers were generally in the significantly statistical difference at the level of .05. 2) A result of comparing the management of the Child Care Centre made by the Sub-district Administrative Organization, Srichomphu district, Khon Kaen province, classified in the working experience, as a whole and each aspect, was that the differently experienced responders had opinions in the significantly statistical difference at the level of .05.
