Performance Following Guidelines for The Prevention and Suppression of Crime, Loengnoktha Police Station Loengnoktha District, Yasothon Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to 1) study the performance of the Loengnoktha police station's crime prevention and suppression, Loengnoktha district of Yasothon, 2) compare the performance of the police station's crime prevention and suppression Loengnoktha district of Yasothon by status and work experience. The study used survey research. The research group comprised of police officers, of Police Station, Loengnoktha Yasothon district total 167. The selection was done using purposive sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire. There is a check list and five level scale evaluate, and open-ended questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The whole issue of the reliability was 0.91. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Social Science Research. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And analysis of the difference are done by T-test and F-test. The results showed that: 1) Practice guidelines for the prevention and suppression of crime Loengnoktha police station, Loengnoktha district of Yasothon as a whole and specifically was at the high the level. Average values are sorted high to low as: Planning, Minor evaluation, and operations, respectively. 2) Comparison of the Practice guidelines for prevention and suppression of crime of Police Loengnoktha, Loengnoktha district of Yasothon, by status and work experience wasn’t of difference.
