Abstract
The objectives of this study are to 1) study the conditions and problems of administration according to the principles of good governance of basic educational institutions, 2) compare the conditions and problems of administration according to the principles of good governance of basic educational institutions, 3) find Guidelines for developing management according to the principles of good governance of basic educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 322 school administrators and teachers drawn by stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of the study found that 1) Administrative conditions according to the principles of good governance of basic educational institutions. Overall, it is at a high level. Administrative problems according to good governance principles of basic educational institutions. Overall, it is at a low level. 2) Results of comparing conditions and management problems according to the principles of good governance of basic educational institutions. Overall and each aspect is not different. 3) Guidelines for developing management according to the principles of good governance of basic educational institutions, including (1) the rule of law. There should be clear rules, regulations, and guidelines regarding the curriculum; (2) the principles of morality, administrators and Teachers should provide education that emphasizes morality and desirable characteristics; (3) Principle of transparency, administrators should disclose operations regarding personnel management to be able to check; (4) Principle of participation, administrators should encourage those involved to participate in the preparation of curriculum and teaching and learning; (5) Principle of responsibility, administrators should create consciousness for personnel to have shared responsibility; (6) the principle of value for money, schools should have goals and guidelines for using resources economically.
