Abstract
This research aims to study and compare the conditions and problems of administration of basic educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. The sample groups used in the research were school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with a confidence value for the condition equal to 0.95 and for the problem equal to 0.95. Statistics used to find the quality of the tools include frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples t-test), one-way ANOVA test (F-test) and pairwise testing. By Scheffe's method. The results of the study found that 1) the administrative conditions of basic educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the overall level is at a high level. When considering each aspect It is at a high level in every aspect. Basic educational institution administration problems, overall and each aspect was at a low level. 2) Comparison of administrative conditions of basic educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified according to the status and size of educational institutions. Overall, there were statistically significant differences in practices.
