The Service of Buayai Municipality, Buayai District, Nakhornratchasima Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the services provided by the Bua Yai Municipality 2) to compare the level of education to the services provided by the municipality. Classified by educational level and occupation, and 3) to recommend services of Bua Yai Municipality, Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This study is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 358 people living in the Bua Yai Municipality and being heads of families, using a simple random sampling method of probability sampling. Research tools include questionnaires, data analysis using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance statistics. The results of the study found that: 1) Services provided by Bua Yai Municipality, Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Overall, it is at a moderate level. 2) The results of comparing the satisfaction of citizens classified by personal factors found that people with different educational levels and people with different occupations have services provided by Bua Yai Municipality, no different. 3) Suggestions for the services of the Bua Yai Municipality in all 7 areas are as follows: (1) In the infrastructure aspect, parking problems should be solved in an orderly manner to reduce traffic problems. (2) Social, religious, cultural and customary aspects, there should be concrete promotion of traditions and propagation of religion, not just during important festivals. (3) Economic aspect, there should be fair allocation of space for selling agricultural products. (4) Public health and environment, there should be Testing for contaminants in food to ensure safety (5) Social welfare Professional groups in the community should be encouraged to be self-reliant. (6) Education, Sports and Recreation, there should be non-school learning resources that the general public can access. And (7) Management, the public should be allowed to come participate more in monitoring the management of the executive team.
