Guidelines for Developing the Operations of Community Enterprises of Soi Thong Subdistrict, Takhli District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The purpose of this article was: 1) to study the situation of community enterprises in Soi Thong Subdistrict, Takhli District, Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to study problems and obstacles in the operation of community enterprises of Soi Thong Subdistrict, Takhli District, Nakhon Sawan Province, 3) to find ways to develop the operations of community enterprises of Soi Thong Subdistrict, Takhli District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The researcher used a qualitative study with in-depth interviews with 4 entrepreneurs using purposive sampling and Snowball sampling and focus group discussions, analyzed the data with business environment analysis (PESTLE analysis), analyzed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and Obstacles (SWOT analysis), content analysis and descriptive analysis.
The results of the research found that political factors, Economic and social factors were favorable to community enterprise entrepreneurs. Technology and ecological factors were factors that hinder operations in terms of problems and obstacles to the operation of community enterprises were as follows: Marketing problems, accounting and financial problems production problems, problems using information technology, product design problems, and production cost problems. Guidelines for developing the operations of community enterprises. Government agencies were important agencies for developing community enterprises in terms of providing knowledge. Development of various skills Marketing support and regulations to support community enterprises.
