https://so09.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/tamnakssru/article/view/4629

The residential construction project is expected to increase by an average of 10.0% per year or approximately 70,000 units per year during 2022-2024 as the real estate developers tend to increase the proportion of low-rise house construction, particularly in suburban areas to support purchasing needs for actual living. This is driven by the expansion of the government transportation network both the electric rail extension project and the motorway that connects travel between the suburbs and the city faster. The Home Builders Association states that house prices are likely to increase by 5-8% from April 2022 (Puttachard Lunkam, 2023).

The shutter board is a temporary wood structure to be installed as a model of concrete casting and reinforced concrete for the structure and components of the building, such as pillars, beams, floors, walls, roads, etc. The shutter board will support the weight of the concrete and create the boundaries for pouring concrete into the desired form as the material of an important cost for house construction. Consequently, reducing wood waste to a minimum in house construction is the management of construction costs for maximum efficiency and preserving the environment by reducing the amount of wood used.

This research is reducing waste of the shutter board from house construction by using the lean construction concept aimed; 1) to find the cause of wood waste from house construction, and 2) to study the guidelines for applying the lean construction concept to reduce the wood waste.

Keywords: Construction Waste, Shutter Board, House Construction, Lean Construction
Suwannachat BoonmeePicha Sriprachan

https://so09.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/tamnakssru/article/view/4630

Design, technology and time consuming are the most important assets that everycompetitors in construction market compete against each other. Beautiful unique design represents brand and competence of company. Constructing spectacular building also attracts people from all over the world to enjoy giant piece of art which then become an icon of the city. One criteria of the spectacular building is height. The taller of the building, the more risk that company has to handle. To address the risk, company need to develop risk assessment program to inspect and evaluate risk probability. However, in tall building and risky area, inspector couldn't perform work properly. Therefore, drone technology is the best effective alternative for building inspection to improve inspecting performance and reduce risk for the inspector.Nowadays drone is developed with new technology to be friendly to buildinginspector and engineer. Drone has capability of taking picture and recording video. Italso connect to your smartphone to show real time video. The inspector can useinformation taken from drone to develop plan and address any problems before entering the building. With the impressive capability of drone, it also improves assessment by reducing time and risk that may occur to the inspector.
Witthawat Wannaboon

Subject research Architectural Identity Study for Proposing Environmental Design Guidelines of the Market and Community Shop Phototype for Local Economy Development at Nai Wong tai Village, La Unn District ,Ranong Province. To develop guidelines for designing prototype market environments. And community shops that correspond to the spatial architectural identity and to create guidelines for the architectural plan and community shops of Nai Wong tai Village Community Enterprise. In this study, the researcher collected information from those involved in the development of the area design guidelines for prototype development consisting of community leaders, representatives of local administrative organizations, public health hospitals, and representatives of the private sector, totaling 35 people ,161 food vendors in community markets and 246 tourists/users.

It was found that in the area of Nai Wong tai Village, La Unn District ,Ranong Province, from an overview of the architecture in the current area. Lack of consistency and not in harmony with nature in the area Lack of stories to attract more tourists to the area and for the development of sustainable tourism which can be seen that having to live same factors as architecture are architectural approach relies on nature, society, culture and related technologies. Sustainable tourism incorporating architecture It will be able to attract tourists from different groups.

This research aims to study the area. Creation of an identity as a trading place or community market for tourism as well as in the continuation area will cause sustainable tourism Occupation in the area and income in areas other than agriculture area of Nai Wong tai Village, La Unn District ,Ranong Province is an area that has the potential for a variety of tourism both in weather and resources available in the area. But because the main occupation of the community that generates high income is growing durian for export abroad. so that people in the community have less perspective on tourism in the area and not giving importance to tourism If guidance is provided to create an understanding of sustainable tourism with architecture as a part.

This research provides guidelines for designing the market environment. By taking the characteristics of houses in the northeastern region. It's called a ruean kei, which is a single house. Let's start with designing a store. Because it is a single house, the usable space is not complicated. There is a sleeping house and balcony or balcony and added the gable of the building with a Tawen (Tawan) pattern decorated according to the beliefs of the Isan people.

Keywords: Architectural Identity, Environmental Design Guidelines ,Market and Community Shop Phototype ,Local Economy Development
Savaluk chuasuwan

https://so09.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/tamnakssru/article/view/4636

This article is a compilation and summary of the analysis of approaches and feasibility in the design of crossings in an urban context. From the concept of Democrat street that gives importance to pedestrians. and public transport and access to diverse groups of people or the concept of sharing roads (woonerf). This study was conducted in the Bangkok area. In Bangkok, being a capital with a high population density, it is inevitable that the problem of inequality will arise. Development of the city in terms of transportation that goes against the quality of life Insecurity in using people's thoroughfares is caused by the perception of people using vehicles that they ignore other people sharing the thoroughfare. From a survey of statistical data, it was found that in the Bangkok area An accident occurred with a pedestrian user. and the zebra crossing is the highest among ASEAN countries.

The theory of architectural perception helps in designing certain routes or characteristics that create awareness. Awareness of the city entering an area that has a common point with other road users, that is, a crossing. That is the intersection between people and vehicles. which can apply design theory to create a better quality of life and have safety in living

This could be a suggestion or design guideline to correct it. or reduce the safety gap between people and vehicles that Bangkokians are currently encountering

Keywords: Equality, Crossing, Perception
Wongsathon Sukhagganond
