Strengthening Reconciliatory Political Ideology Based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community, Khao Chon Kan Sub-district, Mae Wong District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the level of strengthening reconciliatory political ideology based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community, Khao Chon Kan sub-district, Mae Wong district, Nakhon Sawan province; 2) to analyze the relationship between Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community and strengthening reconciliatory political ideology based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community; and 3) to propose guidelines for developing strengthening reconciliatory political ideology based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community. The research employed a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative research collected data from a sample of 350 people using questionnaires, analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient. Qualitative research collected data from 20 key informants through in-depth interviews. The research findings revealed that 1) the overall level of strengthening reconciliatory political ideology based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community was high with a mean of = 3.52, S.D. = 0.39; 2) the overall relationship between Pancasila and Pancadhamma and strengthening reconciliatory political ideology based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community had a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.696; 3) the guidelines to strengthen reconciliatory political ideology based on Pancasila and Pancadhamma of Ban Taluk Khoi Nam Community included 1) Truth: cultivating honesty, promoting transparency, providing opportunities for honest expression, and establishing a secure complaint and monitoring system within the community; 2) Justice: having fair and transparent rules, avoiding discrimination, providing opportunities for everyone to participate, encouraging people to speak out against injustice, and protecting the rights of community members equally; and 3) Compassion: cultivating volunteerism, mutual assistance, sharing, and not abandoning anyone, and providing opportunities for everyone to participate and building a culture of compassion in the community; and 4) Peace: promoting polite communication, listening to each other, resolving conflicts peacefully, and opposing all forms of violence in the community.
