Guidelines for Safety Supervision in Entertainment Venues of Government Agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to Sammappadhana 4

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were 1) to study the level of safety supervision guidelines in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to Sammappadhana 4; 2) to study the relationship between Sammappadhana 4 and the safety supervision guidelines in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province; and 3) to present the safety supervision guidelines in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. This research was a mixed-methods research, consisting of quantitative research with a sample group of 388 people, using a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation coefficient. Qualitative research using in-depth interviews with 18 key informants using an interview form and descriptive content analysis. The research results found that 1) the level of safety supervision in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to Sammappadhana 4 was at a high level overall. And the safety supervision in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province in all 4 aspects according to the 2P2R theory was at a high level overall; 2) the relationship between Sammappadhana 4 and safety supervision in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to the 2P2R theory overall had a positive relationship or a relationship in a way that followed each other in pairs. Overall, it was at a very high level with a Pearson Correlation coefficient (R = 0.846**); and 3) the guidelines for safety supervision in entertainment venues of government agencies in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to Sammappadhana 4 included checking all safety equipment in the entertainment venues to be 100% ready for use. And there must be a signature of acknowledgment from the shop manager and government officials. There should be a rehearsal if a real situation occurred. What should each employee do in each position and duty? And there should be joint rehearsals with government officials.
