Factors Affecting the Success in Administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province; and 2) to study the factors affecting the success in the administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. This research was a quantitative research. The sample group used in the research was all personnel of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality, 89 people, using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection and analyzing by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) the administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province, consisted of 4 aspects: administrative and operation Policy with = 4.44, S.D. = 0.35, which was the aspect with the highest mean, followed by the environment with
= 4.40, S.D. = 0.34, personnel with
= 4.39, S.D. = 0.40, and organization with
= 4.35, S.D. = 0.64; and 2) factors affecting the success of the administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province in terms of organization had an order according to the chain of command,
= 4.49 and S.D. = 0.67, and there was a sequential work process,
= 4.44 and S.D. = 0.54. Factors affecting the success of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality's administration in terms of environment had a good relationship with the community,
= 4.55 and S.D. = 0.29, and the supervisor followed up and evaluated the performance,
= 4.43 and S.D. = 0.36. Factors affecting the success of the administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality in terms of personnel were able to complete work on time,
= 4.51 and S.D.=0.38, and able to solve problems related to workload,
= 4.45 and S.D.= 0.27 and S.D. = 0.38. Factors affecting the success of the administration of Wang Sala Subdistrict Municipality in terms of administrative policy and operations had willing to comply with the organization's policy,
= 4.53 and S.D. = 0.27. And there was a control of operations to be in accordance with the organization's policy, with
= 4.46 and S.D. = 0.36.
