Public Participation in Rehabilitation Care of Returned Workers in the Epidemic Situation of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Khlong Kachen Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phichit Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study public participation in rehabilitation care of returned workers in the Khlong Kachen Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phichit Province; and 2) to study the relationship between Saraniyadhamma and public participation in rehabilitation care of returned workers in Khlong Kachen Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phichit Province. It was a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 383 people. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research found that 1) participation in rehabilitation care of returned workers according to Saraniyadhamma of the people in Khlong Kachen Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phichit Province, overall was at a high level (=4.12, S.D.=0.24). When classified by each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect. While the results of data analysis in rehabilitation care of returned workers according to the principles of participation were found to be at a high level overall (
=4.14, S.D.=0.22). When classified by each aspect, it was found to be at a high level in every area; and 2) the results of the analysis of the relationship between Saraniyadhamma and the principles of participation in rehabilitation care of returned workers in Khlong Kachen Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phichit Province which were analyzed by finding the Pearson correlation coefficient. It was found that there was a positive relationship. Overall was at a high level ((r)=0.784**) and there were characteristics that followed each other in pairs.
