Development of the Inquiry-based Learning Activity Packages (5E) on the Study of Pre-Sukhothai History in the Thai Territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 Students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the effectiveness of the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E) on the study of pre-Sukhothai history in the Thai territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 Students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School according to the criteria 80/80; 2) to compare learning achievement before and after school with the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E) on the study of pre-Sukhothai history in the Thai territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 Students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School; and 3) to study student satisfaction towards the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E) on the study of pre-Sukhothai history in the Thai territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 Students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School. It was an experimental research. The population used in this research was 35 Matthayomsuksa 1 students, semester 1, academic year 2022, Rattanaphanyawichalai School. The research tools were the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E), a learning achievement test, 30 items, and a questionnaire of student satisfaction towards learning with the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E), rating scale model, 10 items. Statistics used were mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) the results of the development of the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E) on the study of pre-Sukhothai history in the Thai territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 Students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School found that the overall efficiency (E1/E2) was equal to 86.85/83.65; 2) the results of the comparative test of learning achievement with the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E) on the study of pre-Sukhothai history in the Thai territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School found that the learning achievement of students after studying was higher than before; and 3) the results of the study of student satisfaction towards learning management with the inquiry-based learning activity packages (5E) on the study of pre-Sukhothai history in the Thai territory of Matthayomsuksa 1 students in Rattanaphanyawichchalai School found that overall student satisfaction was at a high level.
