The Development of Mixed Media Learning Packages of the Story of Buddhist Holy Days for Students in Mathayom 1 at Nakhon Sawan Panyanukul School, Muang District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research article were 1) to study the effectiveness of the multimedia learning package according to the 70//70 criteria; 2) to compare the learning achievements before and after learning with the multimedia learning package; and 3) to study student satisfaction towards learning with a multimedia learning package on Buddhist important days of Matthayomsuksa 1 students at Nakhon Sawan Panyanukun School, Nakhon Sawan Tok Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The population used in this study were Matthayomsuksa 1 students at Nakhon Sawan Panyanukun School, Nakhon Sawan Tok Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province, semester 1, academic year 2022, 9 people. It was an experimental research. The experimental model was used in one group to test before and after learning. Research tools consisted of a multimedia learning package on Buddhist important days. A pre-learning and post-learning achievement test and a questionnaire on student satisfaction towards the multimedia learning package on Buddhist important days. Data analysis used the E1/E2 efficiency formula to calculate mean and standard deviation. And the mean was compared with the criteria set. The researcher used the interpretation criteria. The research findings were as follows: 1) efficiency of the multimedia learning package on Buddhist important days of Matthayomsuksa 1 students at Nakhon Sawan Panyanukun School was efficient (E1) 78.22/(E2) 78.15 according to the criteria 70/70); 2) learning achievement after school with an electronic learning package on Buddhist holy days of Matthayomsuksa 1 students was higher than before at the statistical significance level of .05; and 3) in terms of the students' satisfaction towards learning with the multimedia learning package on Buddhist important days of Matthayomsuksa 1 students at Nakhon Sawan Panyanukun School, Overall, they were satisfied at a high level.
