The qualitative sample included 10 key informants selected through purposive sampling.

The findings revealed that the elderly in the study area exhibited a high level of merit-making behavior, with morality being the most practiced, followed by generosity and meditation, respectively. Their overall happiness was also at a high level, with physical well-being scoring the highest. Statistically significant differences in happiness were found across personal factors such as gender, income, education, and health status. It emphasizes promoting collaborative learning among teachers and school administrators to sustainably enhance the quality of education management. Educational supervision within a PLC framework serves as a key mechanism for teacher development, enabling them to design effective teaching and learning practices. The article presents four main strategies for developing supervision under the PLC concept 1) transforming the role of supervisors from controllers to facilitators of learning and academic leaders 2) utilizing evidence-based data to design supervision processes that address the real needs and problems of schools and teachers 3) fostering a culture of participatory supervision and building trust and two-way communication between supervisors and supervisees, and 4)promoting inter-school learning networks (school networks). Educational Service Area Offices play a significant role in several areas, including promoting educational supervision, supporting the development of professional learning communities, and utilizing digital data for educational development. The article also proposes strategies to strengthen the role of Educational Service Area Offices in advancing a sustainable and responsive supervision system grounded in the PLC concept. These efforts aim to genuinely meet the needs of teachers and learners and ultimately lead to improved and sustainable educational quality across the system.
Tadsaya Laudom Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Development and Education Science https://so09.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JDES/article/view/6557 Sat, 06 Sep 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Supervision the management of learning using artificial intelligence for Modern School Administrators. https://so09.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JDES/article/view/7464
Educational administration is a systematic management process led by visionary administrators with the knowledge and skills to drive work toward achieving goals thru planning, efficient resource utilization, promoting participation, and continuous development. Leadership is therefore a crucial factor in determining the quality of educational management to align with the needs of students, teachers, parents, and the community, adhering to principles of ethics, responsibility, and verifiable standards. The process of supervising learning management is considered a vital mechanism for improving student quality, encompassing curriculum analysis, learning management design, teaching management, media development and utilization, as well as measurement and evaluation. Its principles are based on academic accuracy, democracy, flexibility, and creativity. Quality supervision must involve planning, implementation, reflection, and evaluation stages, supported by administrators, knowledgeable personnel, a learning-conducive atmosphere, and appropriate use of technological media. These factors help boost teacher morale, promote professional development, and enable students to achieve the prescribed standards effectively. Modern administrators must play roles in academics, building collaborative networks, supporting research, utilizing technology and artificial intelligence, and possessing competencies in analytical thinking, team building, and personal and organizational development.
Phornthiwa Pannasan, Suwadee Uoppinjai, Pairop Rattanachuwong Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Development and Education Science https://so09.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JDES/article/view/7464 Sun, 16 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0700
