The Guidelines for Academic Administration of the School Administration Office for The Promotion of non formal and non formal Education Phetchaburi Province

Abstract
This article has two objectives: (1) to study the opinion level of academic administration of school administrators under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Phetchaburi Province, and (2) to propose guidelines for developing academic administration of academic administrators in Phetchaburi Province. Administer educational institutions under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education in Phetchaburi Province. This research was a quantitative research.The population consisted of 162 people. The sample group were administrators, teachers under the Office of Education Promotion. informal and informal education in Phetchaburi Province, number 132 non formal and In formal education equipment in Phetchaburi Province. Including questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in the analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that: (1) Opinions about academic administration of administrators of educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal
and Informal Education, Phetchaburi Province. Overall it is at a high level. and (2) Guidelines for the development of academic administration of administrators of educational institutions
under the Office of the Education Center informal and informal education Phetchaburi Province and found that (a) there should be a training seminar Provide administrators with knowledge and understanding about academic administration skills in order to make academic administration effective. (b) Teachers should be promoted to have research skills that focus on student achievement. (c) A community network of learning should be created. Learn to develop individuals or groups of people in many ways. (d) A learning platform should be created and developed that supports learners with different ability backgrounds and allows learners to access information anywhere, anytime.
