Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) evaluated the achievement motivation in personnel practice affecting effectiveness of Tahapsakae Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuapkhirikhan. (2) evaluated effectiveness of personnel practice. (3) compare the achievement motivation in personnel practice verified by demographic factors. (4) explain correlation the achievement motivation and effectiveness of personnel practice. the sample was189 were officers attached to Tahapsakae Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Prachuapkhirikhan the instrument for collecting data was percent standard deviation mean t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation. Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows;


  1. the achievement motivation in personnel practice affecting effectiveness of Tahapsakae Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuapkhirikhan were high level.

  2. effectiveness of personnel practice were high level.

  3. There were difference among respondents demographic toward effectiveness of personnel practice and

  4. There was positive statistical significant between the achievement motivation with effectiveness of personnel practice at .01statistical level.
