Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) evaluate Effectiveness of Excise Law enforcement litigation; car smuggling. (2) compare effectiveness of excise law enforcement litigation; car smuggling via attitude of respondent verified by demographic factors. (3) correlations between Affecting factors with effectiveness of excise law enforcement litigation; car smuggling testing This was quantitative research, sample were 173 personnel attached to Bureau of Audit Prevention and Enforcement Excise Division. Analytical statistics were percentages standard deviation mean t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation. Questionaries were data collection tools Major findings were;
1) Effectiveness of Excise Law enforcement litigation; car smuggling were highest level.
2) Effectiveness of excise law enforcement litigation; car smuggling via attitude of respondent verified by demographic factors were significant difference at .05 level.
3) correlations between Affecting factors with effectiveness of excise law enforcement litigation; car smuggling were positive statistical significant correlation at .01 level
