People participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods at Muang District Prachuabkhirikhan Province

Abstract

The purposes of this study were (1) to evaluate people participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods at Muang District Prachuabkhirikhan Province, 2) to explain correlations between Affecting factors with people participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods, and (3) to submit approach of people participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods. This was quantitative research 300 residents of Muang District Prachuabkhirikhan were sample. Questionaries were data collection tools. Analytical statistics were percentages standard deviation mean Pearson correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression. Questionaries were data collection tools. Major findings revealed that (1) people participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods was high level, (2) correlations between Affecting factors with people participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods was significant positive, and (3) Affecting factors could forecast people participation in Prevention and Law enforcement litigation; smuggling excise goods at 57.1 percent and approached were participation in decision making running process take profit and evaluation.
